Rooted Dev Guides sells downloadable digital products, including eBooks. Because digital products are delivered immediately after purchase, sales are generally final once a file has been downloaded.
Please contact us if you receive an incorrect or corrupted file, are charged more than once, or cannot access your download. We will first provide a replacement file or restore access. When we cannot correct the problem, we may issue a refund.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and include the order number and purchasing email address. Refunds are not normally provided for changes of mind or device compatibility issues when the supplied file is working correctly.
Customers may download purchased files for personal use. Files may not be shared, resold, redistributed, uploaded publicly, or included in another product.
